get to know KELSIE
Your therapist in Raleigh, NC, and the founder behind Re Therapies.
I built this practice around a simple belief: healing works best when we treat the whole person, not just a diagnosis. That's why I combine neurofeedback therapy with psychotherapy in every session, because your nervous system and your story are both part of getting you well.
I don't believe in just one approach for every individual seeking therapy. Every person who walks through my door is carrying something different.
You may come here after years of trying to push through, talk through, medicate, cope, or simply survive what your symptoms keep making harder. At Re Therapies, we use neurofeedback and psychotherapy together so care can support both what is happening in your brain and how it is showing up in your real life.

RE THERAPIES PROMISE
An integrated approach.
Neurofeedback and psychotherapy work together, not two separate appointments you have to juggle.
A warm, judgment-free space.
Whatever brought you here, you won't be met with clinical detachment. You'll be met with someone who genuinely wants to understand you.
More than therapy, a partnership.
You're not a passive participant in your own healing. We figure this out together, at a pace that respects where you actually are.
Kelsie, a therapist, built Re Therapies to bring integrated neurofeedback therapy and psychotherapy to Raleigh, NC and the Triangle.
What I can tell you is this: I've seen firsthand how much relief people feel when we stop treating the mind and the nervous system as separate things. Traditional talk therapy is powerful, but for many people, especially those who've tried "just talking it out" without lasting change, there's a missing piece. Neurofeedback therapy is that piece. It meets the body where it is, so the mind can actually do the work it needs to do.
That's the work I get to do every day, and it's work I care about deeply.

""Kelsie is amazing! She is so patient and kind and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I truly look forward to seeing her each week."
